This item is new but is a convention sample so it does not have the original packaging of our nwt items. Size is small adult which fits a ladies size of from 4-6.The catalog model is showing gunmetal but this item is white with silver. I am showing photos of the front (the back is sequin as well and the straps crisscross. This item retails for $21 in adult sizes.
