This item is new but is a  convention sample so it does not have the original packaging of our nwt items. Size is small adult which fits a ladies size of from 4-6.The catalog model is showing  it a bit more silver than I see it, I say the sequin is gunmetal, not silver . I am showing photos of the back and the front. This item retails for $21 in adult sizes. Maufacturer is Wolff Fording & Co, makers of fine dance costumes since 1893.
