Returns:
YOU MUST CONTACT  ME WITHIN 14 DAYS  BEFORE  RETURNING THE ITEM OR I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY.
If I made a mistake in the description of the item(s), I'll refund your entire cost as soon as it's returned in original packaging & in the condition in which it was purchased.  I'll also send a shipping label for you to return it to me.  Or I’ll try to work out a partial refund if you wish to keep it.
If the item(s) is damaged in shipping, you must send me pictures showing the damage.  If it has been damaged,  I’ll try to work out a partial refund if it can be easily repaired and you wish to keep it.  If you don't wish to keep it, I'll refund your entire cost as soon as it's returned in original packaging with all pieces rturned.  In this case, I will refund the return shipping also after I receive the item back.
The following applies if you just change your mind after receiving the item(s) (

Original shipping costs and the Shipping costs for you to return it to me will not be refunded.   There will also be a 15% restocking fee.

I do my very best to describe & photograph the actual item to the best of my ability.
Several photos of the item are provided and eBay offers excellent magnification for extreme close up detail, so photos are also considered a part of description.
Due to the nature of this sale, items are sold on an "as is" basis, however, if I’ve made a serious mistake in the listing that reduces the value of the item substantially, I'll make an adjustment to try to compensate for it.   If it is a set of items, I'll adjust on the item(s) that is (are) in error only.
Payment Options

PayPal is REQUIRED BY eBAY.  Payment is due within 2 days after the auction has ended.
If payment has not been received after 2 days from successful auction completion date, I’ll have to open an unpaid item case so that I can cancel the sale after 4 days.

Shipping & Handling:
Please Keep In Mind Shipping & Handling Charges Include the following not Just Postage:  Packing Material, Bubble Wrap, Tape, Paper, Ink, Gas, Time Etc.….
I charge only for the minimum required postage plus a small handling fee on each shipment.  If you buy multiple items from me and I’m able to ship all at once to combine shipping,  I will only charge handling of 25¢ for the 2nd - 4th items, then no handling for additional items.   Please think twice before bidding if you're going to be unhappy at having to pay a small charge to cover the costs of packing and shipping an item so that it arrives in great condition to you.   Thank you for your understanding!
Combined Shipping:
I'll combine shipping for winners of multiple auctions.   I'll reduce the calculated shipping based on the new combined weight of the items.    The items will be shipped as soon as possible
after all items have been paid for.
Shipping Insurance:
eBay’s policy requires sellers to include the cost of insurance in the shipping price rather than allowing buyers to purchase it only if they choose that option.   Shipping charges will include insurance charges for items over .00.   For items under .00, the insurance charges will be paid by me if I choose to insure the item.
Shipping Address:
I only ship to PayPal Confirmed Addresses, so please be sure you select the right address when checking out!
Sales Tax:
Purchaser will be required to pay any and all applicable state and/or local sales taxes themselves.   Residents of New Jersey are responsible for paying the state the required 7% Sales Tax themselves on all items whether the item is shipped or picked up.  I do not collect or report on sales tax.
