VINTAGE SKY RANGER AVIATION MOTOR OIL PREMIER REFINING CO. FT WORTH TX MATCHBOOK

Description

This is a vintage matchbook which advertises airplane motor oil. It reads: "SKY RANGER Flight Tested AVIATION OIL." The back side pictures a can of motor oil, and reads: "Ask for Flight Tested SKY RANGER AVIATION OIL at any airport." (Look closely on the picture of the oil can, and you can make out "Fort Worth" and "Baird." The town "Longview" is present, but was printed too small to be legible.) Along the top spine, the exterior reads: "PREMIER OIL REFINING CO. OF TEXAS." Inside, the cover is marked (in part): "AN IMPROVED AVIATION OIL...AVAILABLE NOW at your airport!" The booklet measures 3 inches long. When closed, it is 2 inches wide. The condition is EXCELLENT. I don't think any of the matches have been used. There is just a hint of yellowing to the cover. It still displays very nicely, and is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
