Here is a lovely Mexico 925 Sterling Silver Brooch being sold for a local estate.
It features a beautiful and large Amethyst Cabochon mounted in the center of the brooch.
This hand made brooch measures about 1 - 1/2 inches in diameter.
The amethyst cabochon measures about 1 inch in diameter.
Please Note the cut out design.
On the back t
he pin bar and clasp are both fine.
The Sterling is some what age toned.
It's hallmarked "Hecho en Mexico, Sterling, " and there is also the artist initials.
The estate wants it sold.
Overall, I would say that it looks to be in very good to excellent condition considering it's age.
