Very Early Brown & Bigelow Brass Enamel Gimnasio Moderno Bogota Lapel Pin. Condition is "Used". This was purchased at an estate sale that featured a collector of Brown & Bigelow or an ex-employee of Brown & Bigelow because there was a lot of Brown & Bigelow items. This little pin is stamped B&B Saint Paul Minn. on the back hard to see in the picture but it's there. It is a brass enamel lapel pin that looks unfinished to me as there is no stem. Normally I think this would have been a screw back type. Whoever this was that had this stuff had several unfinished enamel brass tags or pins whatever you like to call them, medallions, and this was among those pieces. I believe the Gimnasio Moderno is a boys or men's School in Bogota. This would have been a very early piece from their history. It measures only 5/8 in across.
