    Description

    This item is not finished. I can tell it is supposed to be a flapper dress of some sort but it is missing it's skirt. At this point, it might be best to cut the overshirt into long strips (like fringe) that connect to the leotard and it would be a really cute little costume, ready to go. The leotard is completely finished. Size is small adult and I am pricing it like you are going to have to finish it. K504
