Set of 2 RARE 1933 PAN-AM GASOLINE Advertising Jigsaw Puzzles PLANE BOAT Amoco

Description

Set of 2 Pan-Am Petroleum (which later merged with Standard Oil to become Amoco) colorful lithographed cardboard puzzles which were given away as advertising premiums.  They originally came in in an envelope - never had a box.  This pair has part of the original envelopes - the pictures are cut from them. Puzzles measure approximately 9.5" x 13" and are complete, in very nice, slightly used condition with bright colors and minimal wear.  They do smell lightly musty.
One has a boating theme with some bathing beauties and several little Pan-Am Petes running around servicing the boat and a car.  The other features a female aviator, and an oil jig fueling her plane, with several Pan-Am Petes doing the work.
The boat one looks slightly more used, although still in excellent shape. The paper litho has separated from one piece and needs to be reattached. If you look closely, there's a few light spots on it.
This belonged to a collector who recently passed away and unfortunately stopped properly caring for her beloved toys and dolls in recent years as dementia set in. I am sure the right collector will give her a good home once again!  I try to accurately describe all flaws.
