    My Dear Sir:
I wish you to visit Mr. Osborn again reminding him of his promise, and request that he will remit the balance due in the case.
I saw Mr B___ in NY last week and he reported that Mr. Griswold arrived in NY the night previous and informed him that the Road  was in good order except the ____ on the Bellville branch. And that the fueling along the lines was  ____ change towards the Co and that the Road earned last month ,000 which is very fair indeed compared with other Western Roads.
I met Stryker in Albany yesterday on his way to NY.  He told me that he had had a talk with W____ and that W. told him he would negotiate with the holders of the enclosed papers.  I told him we should be glad to hear what he has to say.
    Truly Yours
    Russell Sage.
