Brand new item, in original manufacturer's packaging. These are made by Wolff Fording so they match any of the Wolff Fording costumes that I have listed in the same colors. Fabric is a tiny hologram sequin on spandex so these have a great deal of stretch.These come in child, ladies and mens sizes, but they are unisex, just bump the size down if you are buying for a ladies group as they are a loose fitting item (just realize it probably won't work for very busty women). Lots of colors to choose from. These pullover tops retail for up to and are perfect.
NOW- the little dots are put on with a heat glue process and little dots drop off, just like glitter would or any glued on foil sequin.
This is the nature of the fabric and is to be expected.
