This item is brand new from Wolff Fording & Company, with out a hang tag.  It is a  grey sleeveless crop top with 2mm silver sequin and a two snap front.  The black sequin trim is 6mm.  The material is polyester spandex, and the size is a small adult.   Refer to the measurement guide with the pictures to confirm a good fit.    It was a designer sample that never went into production.
