    This is a brand new mesh dance tunic. It is mock turtleneck and features a snap at the back of the neck, the little top is stitched into the top and it has clear adjustable straps.Size is petite adult which is a very small adult (more like the measurements of a medium child.)There are no shorts with this item or mitts. just the top you see in my photo.
