This item is brand new but it was never put into production and I do not have but this one. PLEASE NOTE: there are 3 button holes but only 2 button stitched to the front Size is Small adult.A black leotard and fishnets and you have a costume. This jacket is not boxy, it has princess seams in front and back. This item would have been about to dance teachers, the designer's number is written in pencil on the internal size tag. BT247
