This is a new item, it was a photo sample, please look at all photos, the model has on a bra top that is not included, the front of the this top has rhinestones accenting the sweetheart neck, and is solid, the back is all mesh so it is see through, Sleeve length is 3/4. Size is small adult but it runs generously as it is intended to be loose. I have only this one. It retailed at and is perfect, the internal tag does have the designer number on it. K511
