    intaglio souvenir card.
    Issued as part of the ABNCo. state bicentennial series, released at IPMS 1990 but not specifically issued for that event.
    The card features an 18xx The Bank of America, State of Rhode Island, 0 note with a patriotic vignette, a woman with cherub and a sailing ship.  An overprint on the back identifies the International Paper Money Show in Memphis as the issuing location in June 1990.
